I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Visit preview.showmax.com on your web browser then follow the below steps to reset your password.

 

1. Select Sign In on the top menu of the Showmax website.
2. Enter the Showmax registered email address in the text box.
3. Select "I don’t know my password."
4. The email address associated with your Showmax account will be displayed.
5. Select continue if the email address is correct.
6. Instructions on resetting your password will then be emailed to you.
