How do I change my password?

To Change your password, follow the below instructions.

1. Sign in on the Showmax website.
2. Select account on the top menu.
3. Select settings to reset your password.
4. Select reset password.
5. Select continue to receive a reset password link on your email.
6. In the email sent to you, select the reset your password button.
7. Enter your new password.
8. Sign in using your new password.

If you are having trouble changing your password, try resetting it by selecting "I don't know my password" which is located on the sign in screen.
