To cancel payment through a 3rd party, please contact the 3rd party directly.

 

Once this is done, you will be able to see the full list of payment options available to you when you access follow the below steps:

1. Go to Showmax.com and sign in.
2. Go to account at the top right menu bar.
3. Select plans and payments.
4. Select update payment method.
